To open an EyeAds account or use the EyeAds Services, you must provide your email address, and if applicable, your phone number and website address. In order to make payments through the EyeAds Services, you must provide credit card or debit card information.

Data log

We will only use personal information submitted as part of the advert booking process if there are any enquires we, or Private Eye, may have in relation to your booking and need to contact you to resolve. We will also use this information when processing transactions, confirming bookings, verifying identity, approving adverts for publication or advising that an advert has been rejected. We may also refer back to a previous booking for reference.

We will not use any of your personal information for marketing purposes or pass on to any third party services, nor will we not contact you regarding future advertising opportunities unless you have given written confirmation that you wish to be contacted.
